About

Multiway Robotics was founded in 2019, headquartered in Shenzhen with a manufacturing base in Wuzhen, Tongxiang, Zhejiang. It is an integrated software-hardware solution provider for intralogistics. Centered on full-category unmanned forklifts (30+ models) and complemented by AMRs, unmanned tractors, four-way shuttles and Multiway Cloud software systems, it insists on full-stack in-house development of core hardware, algorithms and software, with end-to-end capabilities across transport, storage/retrieval, scheduling and O&M, plus the ability to retrofit manual forklifts for unmanned operation. Its product metrics lead the industry: 16.5 m high-rise storage, 8-ton-class payload, ±5 mm docking precision, and it has conquered cold-store scenarios at -25°C to -30°C. It has completed 1,000+ project deployments, serving hundreds of large customers across 20+ industries including food, pharma, new energy and automotive; core customers include China Aerospace, State Grid, Samsung and Haier, with repeat-purchase customers accounting for over 40% of revenue. Business covers 40+ countries and regions, with overseas revenue at about 40%. It completed a RMB 100M+ Series B2 in April 2025 (led by Puhua Capital) and a nearly RMB 200M Series B in June 2026 (led by 华业天成), with cumulative funding across multiple RMB 100M+ rounds — viewed as a potential unicorn in the unmanned forklift field.

Technical Approach

Insists on end-to-end full-stack in-house development from underlying core sensors and core algorithms to upper-layer systems, achieving leading metrics in high lift (12-16.5 m), high payload (5-8+ tons) and high-precision docking (±5 mm). It is the world's first company to design forklift robots from an unmanned perspective and the first to propose the new-form unmanned forklift concept, having solved the challenge of stable operation at -25°C to -30°C in cold stores (optical communication securing network safety).

Commercialization(6)

  • Business covers 40+ countries and regions, with regional subsidiaries in East Asia, Southeast Asia, the Americas and Europe (Atlanta in the US, North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany, Tokyo in Japan, Seoul in Korea, etc.); overseas revenue about 40%
  • 1,000+ successful project deployments across 40+ countries and regions
  • Has served hundreds of large enterprise customers across 20+ industries including food, pharma, new energy and automotive; repeat-purchase customers over 40% by amount, with the highest single-customer repeat purchases at 8 times
  • In 2026 broke into an energy-storage scenario at a top-tier power battery maker and a final assembly line scenario at a top-tier NEV brand
  • Core customers: China Aerospace, COMAC, Airbus, State Grid, Emerson, FAW, Samsung, LG, Hanwha, Haier, China Pingmei, Sumitomo of Japan and others
  • The reach truck MW-R16 is the world's first CE-certified reach-type unmanned forklift, also TÜV certified

Position & Strengths(5)

  • The fullest unmanned forklift portfolio: full-category forklifts + AMRs + tractors + four-way shuttles, covering all mainstream intralogistics needs
  • Full-stack in-house moat: integrated hardware, algorithm and software development, with controllable costs and fast retrofit deployment
  • Scenario engineering capability: rich experience landing complex scenarios such as cold stores, narrow aisles and mixed people-vehicle traffic
  • Product innovation power: Maizhelun α1 (Red Dot Award), Maixiaowei X1 (out-of-the-box standardized product) and OT10 (French Design Award) keep leading product innovation
  • Globalization accelerating: overseas revenue rose from under 10% in 2022 to 40%; named to the '2026 Most Innovative Embodied Intelligence Companies' list
