About

Quicktron Robotics was founded in Shanghai in March 2014; in 2024 its listing entity and global headquarters moved to Liangxi District, Wuxi. An AMR and intralogistics solution provider with over a decade of depth in intelligent mobile robotics, its vision is to free humans from moving goods. The company builds on a full lineup of mobile robots - pallet-lifting, tote-handling, forklift-type, and industry-specific models - combined with its self-developed RCS fleet management system, LES logistics execution system, and WES warehouse execution system to form integrated software-hardware warehouse automation solutions. In 2018 it set Asia's first single-warehouse 1,000-robot deployment record; in September 2024 it closed a Series D round of over $100M at a $1B post-money valuation, becoming a unicorn with participation from Cainiao, SoftBank China, Saudi Aramco, KION, and other first-tier investors. As of early 2026, it had deployed over 42,000 robots worldwide, serving 50+ industries and 1,000+ customers across more than 20 countries, including Huawei, Maersk, Best Express, and Vipshop. In April 2026 its Wuxi global headquarters base went into production (planned annual output value above RMB 2.3B), and it has confidentially filed for a Hong Kong IPO seeking to raise at least $100M.

Technical Approach

Builds on a full AGV/AMR hardware lineup as its foundation, with its self-developed RCS/LES/WES software ecosystem forming integrated software-hardware solutions; the RCS system orchestrates mixed fleets of 1,000+ robots of multiple models within a single warehouse. Over the next three years it will focus on fast-moving consumer goods, third-party logistics, and e-commerce, with an emphasis on full-process factory-to-warehouse automation in manufacturing.
