About

AgiBot was founded in Shanghai in February 2023 by Huawei 'Genius Youth' Peng Zhihui (Zhihui Jun) and former Huawei vice president Deng Taihua, taking a full-stack in-house route of hardware → software → AI models → data collection, and is called the 'real-machine-data school' (targeting tens of trillions of tokens, with nearly 10,000 robots collecting data 24/7). Products cover the Yuanzheng humanoid series (the A2/A3 passed China-US-Europe safety certification, with the A2 the world's first full-size humanoid model so certified), the Lingxi X2 ('Nezha' dual-mode wheel-leg switching), the Jingling G2, Kutuo wheeled robots, the Juechen chassis and the OmniHand dexterous hand; core models include the GO-1 general embodied foundation model, the EnerVerse world model (open source), the BFM-2 motion foundation model (the world's first end-to-end motion foundation model) and the WITA photonic-silicon language model (China's first compliance-registered embodied intelligence interaction model). Production grew from a cumulative 962 units in December 2024 to unit No. 10,000 at end-March 2026 and unit No. 15,000 on June 28 (a Jingling G2 delivered straight off the line to Longcheer's 3C factory, 99.987% operation success rate), with annual flexible delivery capacity above 100,000 units. Revenue grew from about RMB 300K in 2023 to over RMB 1.05B in 2025, over RMB 1B in Q1 2026 and a full-year target of RMB 4B. Cumulative funding exceeds RMB 5B across 50 investors; on July 24, 2026 it announced the start of its HKEX IPO process, with primary-market valuation over RMB 20B.

Technical Approach

Full-stack in-house (hardware → software → AI models → data collection) plus the real-machine-data school: targeting tens of trillions of tokens of real-machine data (about 5% collected so far), with nearly 10,000 robots collecting 24/7. The core philosophy is the 'bitter lesson' — physical-chain consistency is a 0-or-1 problem, while model accuracy is only a percentage problem. The open-source ecosystem includes the AGIBOT WORLD dataset (1 million episodes; the 2026 edition open-sourced in April 2026), the Genie Sim simulation platform and the Genie Studio development platform.
