About
BrainCo (Zhejiang BrainCo Technology Co., Ltd.) was founded in February 2015 when Han Bicheng led a team incubated at the Harvard Innovation Lab, focused on non-invasive brain-computer interface technology; the Chinese entity was registered in Yuhang, Hangzhou in December 2018 — one of the 'Hangzhou Six Little Dragons'. Founder Han Bicheng is a PhD at Harvard's Center for Brain Science, and the core team mostly comes from Harvard and MIT. For a decade the company has focused on a single technical route — developing super sensors that detect the body's neural signals (brain neural signals are only ±50 microvolts, one-millionth of an AA battery), holding over 200 core patents. Three product lines: smart bionics (smart bionic hands that let amputees play piano and write, bionic legs, brain-controlled wheelchairs), smart health (a brain-machine sleep aid device) and smart education (a focus training system); it achieved mass production of high-precision BCI products in 2022. In October 2025 it launched the Revo 2 bionic dexterous hand tactile version — at just 383 g and 76×160 mm, currently the lightest professional dexterous hand — extending bionic structure and control technology into humanoid robotics; at WRC in August 2026 it showed a brain-controlled robot training platform, a dexterous manipulation data collection matrix and a new-generation smart bionic hand, exploring next-generation human-robot interaction via 'BCI + humanoid robots'. Technical Approach
Sticks to the non-invasive route: with self-developed super sensors capturing microvolt-level neural signals as the technology base, it first used medical rigid-need products like bionic hands/legs to complete commercial validation and build mass-production capability, then uses the Revo 2 dexterous hand as a bridge to transfer a decade of neural signal decoding and bionic control capability into the humanoid track — a 'BCI + embodied intelligence' human-robot interaction route differentiated from mainstream VLA; capital-wise, super-large funding rounds plus the HKEX IPO channel support long-cycle R&D.
