基金互金运营工作交接，到底怎么交接？—关于业务”可迁移性”的一些思考
互金运营交接难在隐性知识多、规则碎片化。本文从业务地图、平台手册、产品策略、运营日历、沟通路径等八个维度，系统拆解如何将业务逻辑显性化，让接手人快速上手，确保业务无缝衔接。互金运营换盘，到底交什么才能让接手的人顺畅？让渠道和客户感觉业务的齿轮没有因为换人卡顿？互金行业变化快，团队调整、人员流动、组织架构变动，而每次变动，交接都是绕不过去的一环。交接又很主观，散乱的交接可能导致继任工作很累（尤其是行业新人越来越多），到处去问对接人，频率低的工作不一定交接到位。客户那边感受更直接：沟通过的还得重新沟通，活动上线延迟了，业务靠惯性在跑。但互金运营的交接确实不好做：变化快；有些平台或者运营的规则碎片化；每个平台的流量逻辑、审核尺度、资源申请窗口都不一样；很多交互习惯存在于日常沟通的细节里不在平台或者OA手册；隐性知识占比高，什么素材能过审、什么时间点提资源来不及、渠道习惯什么样的沟通方式，这些是靠一次次试错磨出来的，很难量化。这次试着把业务运转的逻辑显性化。下面分享我梳理的八个交接维度，抛砖引玉。一、业务地图：”我在哪” 核心回答几个问题：各平台的生态位是什么，核心产品矩阵是什么，…
